WHAT MAKES YOGA 15 DIFFERENT?

Yoga 15 is a comprehensive, non-spiritual yoga program for everyday athletes, designed to support your recovery and accelerate your performance. What makes this program different from many others is that it's less about what you accomplish in your practice and more about what your practice can help you to accomplish.

Clear Objectives

All the routines are 15 minutes long and highly specific. It is designed this way so that you can fit the sessions around your busy schedule and tackle a different objective every day. For example, you can focus on loosening up your hips, preventing lower back pain, building core strength, stretching the calves and hamstrings or releasing tension before bed.

Your Coach

Abi Carver, creator and instructor of Yoga 15, is a two-time Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher and National Academy of Sports Medicine qualified personal trainer. She is trained in hatha, Power Yoga and Zenthai Flow.

Intelligent Program Design

One of the primary differences between Yoga 15 and other online yoga sites is the unique way that I encourage you to design your practice around your training schedule and your body's natural rhythm. You can choose your video for the day by skill, level of difficulty, time of day, pain, sport or anatomical focus. There are also a number of 15-day and 30-day programs built for you if you'd like outsource your programming to me.
