COURSE OUTLINE
In the Yoga 15 structure, we have 5 skills, and this course, we alternate all 5 of them. You don’t have to tackle them in order but this is how I have laid them out.

COURSE GOALS
This course has everything! It is suitable for all athletes and the videos range in difficulty from Beginner through to Advanced. More so than almost any course, you will work every part of your body, train each of the yoga skills to a fairly high level, challenge yourself and also enjoy deep restoration. It’s the ultimate yoga training tool for athletes.
