14-DAY COVID RECOVERY

Mid Back Recovery

This 14-day recovery program is designed for those of you who are not yet able to train at full capacity post-COVID 19 infection. Practice one 15-minute video every day for two weeks after your symptoms have subsided, repeating the cycle as many times as you need to.

These sequences are very gentle and restorative but please listen to your body. If you experience any pain or shortness of breath, rest until you feel up to it.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

  • Allow the body to recover fully after illness.
  • Increase heart rate variability by activating the parasympathetic nervous system.
  • Ease muscle stiffness.
  • Alleviate aches and pains.
  • Keep joints moving through their full range of motion.
  • Restore healthy breathing patterns.
  • Improve mood and restore optimism.
