At Yoga 15, we work on 5 skills—Strength, Mobility, Flexibility, Balance and Recovery and these correlate perfectly with the attributes we need to train for longevity. By including all these aspects in your training, you give yourself the best chance of feeling good in your body, reducing your risk of injury and increasing your longevity in all the activities of your life that you cherish.

To kick off January 2024 with your eyes firmly fixed on achieving these objectives, I have designed you an intense 31-day challenge that cycles through all 5 of your training pillars.

  3. Strength
  4. Flexibility
  5. Mobility

Practising one video a day for 31 days is a high bar to set for yourself but don’t let the perfect be the enemy of the good! If you plan to miss a day or have to miss one for some reason, don’t skip a beat. It doesn’t matter if you miss the odd session or you choose to double-up when you get the chance, the goal is to practise as many of these videos as you can in January 2024 to start this year off with a bang!!
