There is no athletic endeavour in which your participation will not be seriously enhanced by a strong, supple core. Combined with the ability to recover fast and effectively, so that you can get straight back out there and give every training session 110% 🔥

This 28-day, core strength and active recovery program is designed to prepare you for any event that you’re training for or imminent goal that you have set yourself.

This is the pattern that we’ll be following:

  • Monday – Recovery
  • Tuesday – Core Strength
  • Wednesday – Flow
  • Thursday – Flexibility
  • Friday – Recovery
  • Saturday – Balance/Core Strength
  • Sunday – Flexibility


This course is for athletes who have been practicing yoga for at least a few weeks as the Balance, Core Strength and Flow videos range from intermediate to advanced level.


It’s up to you when you practice these sessions—first thing in the morning may be best for you but later in the day will also work. Just be careful not to leave the core strength sessions until too late in the day when your motivation and energy levels will naturally be a little lower.
