We cycle through 6 distinct styles of yoga to ensure that you are maximising your benefits and optimising your time. At the end of this course, you’ll be stronger and more flexible, able to move into greater ranges of movement with fluidity, your balance and body control will be more finely tuned and you’ll be able to drop into an optimal state of recovery with greater ease.

I have designed this course so that we alternate harder and easier sessions. This means that if you’re up to the challenge, you’ll be able to complete this course in 31 days straight.
