This course is a little different than the others as it is more like a toolkit that you can go to when you need it. Having said that, it can also work well as a self-contained program as it incorporates a cross-section of disciplines.


In the Athlete Toolkit, we cover 3 aspects of training:

  • Conditioning: In this section, you will find a warm-up, mobility workout, abs routine, balance sequence and upper body strengthener.
  • Flexibility: In this section, you will find videos to open up your chest, improve mobility in the spine and stretch the muscles in your hips and hamstrings.
  • Recovery: In these videos, we gently release tension in muscles throughout your body to ease stiffness and alleviate aches and pains.
