This is the hardest course on the site. And the best thing about hard things is that they make you better!
A long-time member of Yoga 15 asked me to put together a course that brings together many of the hardest sequences in the collection and this is the result.
All the videos are intermediate to advanced and come from the Strength, Balance and Mobility series. You could practice one video a day if you are a total masochist! Or run this course alongside another one that is a little less challenging and more recovery focused.
