This is the first Yoga 15 “Best of…” album!

In this course, I have put together the most popular videos on the website into a 6-week program. I’ve scheduled 6 sessions a week including a 30-minute sequence at the weekend. This is the cycle (although you can choose to practice the videos in any order):

  • Monday—Recovery
  • Tuesday—Strength
  • Wednesday—Flexibility
  • Thursday—Recovery
  • Friday—Mobility
  • Saturday/Sunday—30-Minute

You guys are tough cookies so although most of the videos are beginner level, there are at least two harder sessions in your program each week. And apparently, no-one wants to practice balance!
