This is for the 2-a-day Yoga 15 athletes!
For those of you who get your strength training with another program or who just feel better with two sessions of yoga a day, this course is for you.
It’s a 28-day program designed to support your recovery, improve your flexibility and keep you feeling supple and pain-free for all areas of your training. We focus primarily on the lower back, hips and legs with some sessions included that target the upper body.
I recommend that you practice the first session after your workout and the second at the end of the day to release any lingering tension.
