HOW DOES THIS COURSE WORK?
In this course, there are 3 sections: MOBILISE, STRETCH and ACTIVATE. As you know, yoga is a holistic discipline but specifically we are going to:
Mobilise the hips, spine, shoulders, elbows and wrists.
Stretch the hamstrings, IT band, hip flexors, groin, glutes, TFL, abs, obliques and lats.
Activate the glutes, back and core.
The timing and frequency are going to be highly individual as it depends on your schedule and preferences. However, as a guide, the mobility videos are great before exercise, the stretch sequences after exercise, the yin and recovery videos are perfect for the evenings, and the activate routines are ideal on active recovery days.
