This 28-day course is designed as a Strength and Conditioning program that trains strength, mobility, flexibility and balance. It is for the most hardcore amongst you!

I travel a fair amount. In the last 4 months, I have spent time in Mexico, London, France, Brussels, Lisbon and Greece. Unfortunately, this means that I haven’t been able to stick to my Altamirano Systems training program every day as I normally would. Luckily however, yoga is something that I can practice everywhere so I have been able to fill in the gaps.

You can follow this challenging course on its own or alongside your regular training, especially if you have fallen off the wagon and need a program to get you back into a daily habit.

This is the schedule:

  • Lower Body Strength
  • Lower Body Stretch
  • Upper Body Strength
  • Upper Body Stretch
  • Core Strength
  • Mobility
  • Balance

It may make sense to practice the Strength and Balance sessions in the morning and the Mobility and Flexibility videos later in the day. However, consistency is your primary goal so if you need to stick to the same time every day, that will also work.

Bon courage! I look forward to hearing how you find the course and about any strange or exotic places you find yourself practicing it!
