This course is an intermediate, total-body flexibility plan that also includes videos designed to strengthen your core and challenge your balance and control. It is suitable for all athletes—to support your recovery and prepare your body for the events and goals that you have set yourself this year.
In this 28-day course, you can practice one video each day or take days off and double-up if that suits you better. For each session, I will let you know the skill that we are working on and the level of difficulty. If this video does not seem appropriate for the training you have planned for that day, you may choose to make a substitution.
