INTELLIGENT PROGRAM DESIGN

What sets my videos apart from other yoga programs is something I call Intelligent Program Design. This is just a fancy way of saying that there are a number of different ways that you can design your daily yoga schedule.

By skill, level of difficulty, time of day, sport, area of pain or program.
