This website and app are operated by Yoga 15 Ltd (“Yoga 15”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in the United Kingdom.

What personal data we collect
Depending on how you use Yoga 15 (website, app, or both), we may collect:
- Identity data — first name, last name
- Contact data — email address
- Payment and billing data — collected and processed by our payment provider, Stripe, when you purchase a membership
- Subscription and membership data — your plan, membership status, and billing history, managed via MemberPress
- Usage data — course progress, video watch history, and activity within the app or website
- App-specific data — device identifiers and push notification tokens, used to deliver in-app purchases and notifications
- Marketing data — your preferences for receiving our newsletter and communications
Why we collect it, and our legal basis

Who we share your data with
We work with a number of trusted third-party services to run Yoga 15. We don’t sell your data. The services we use, and what they do, are:
- Stripe — payment processing (website)
- RevenueCat — subscription and in-app purchase management (app)
- ActiveCampaign — email marketing and automation
- MemberPress — membership management (website)
- Google Analytics / MonsterInsights — website analytics
- Vimeo — video hosting and playback
- Siteground — website hosting
- Hostinger — app backend hosting
- WP Cerber and Jetpack — spam and security protection (website)
- Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — app push notifications
Each of these providers processes data according to their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
International data transfers
Several of our service providers (including Stripe, ActiveCampaign, Vimeo, and Google) are based in the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the UK or European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards these providers have in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent data protection frameworks, to ensure your data is protected to UK/EU standards.
How long we keep your data
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services to you, or until you request that we delete it. If you’d like your data deleted, you can contact us at abi@yoga15.com and we’ll action this promptly, except where we’re required to retain certain records (for example, financial records) for legal or accounting purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent at any time (for example, unsubscribing from our newsletter)
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format

Comments
When you leave a comment on one of our articles, we collect the information shown in the comment form, along with your IP address and browser user agent string, to help with spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (a “hash”) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check whether you use it. You can review Gravatar’s privacy policy at automattic.com/privacy. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible publicly alongside your comment.
Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely, so we can automatically recognise and approve genuine follow-up comments rather than holding them in a moderation queue.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies for essential site functionality, analytics (Google Analytics/MonsterInsights), and to support embedded video playback (Vimeo). Where required, we’ll ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.
If you leave a comment, you may opt in to having your name, email address, and website saved in a cookie, purely for your convenience so you don’t need to re-enter these details next time. These cookies last for one year.
If you log in to your account, we set a temporary cookie to check whether your browser accepts cookies (this contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser), along with cookies to keep you logged in and remember your screen preferences. Login cookies last two days (two weeks if you select “Remember Me”), and screen option cookies last a year. Logging out removes your login cookies.
Children’s privacy
Yoga 15 is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
