The Flexibility series is based on the concept of static stretching, as contrasted with dynamic movement or passive holds. The videos increase in difficulty as you move through the series and cover all your bases as an athlete. The sequences are ideal to do after a workout when you’re fully warmed up. Depending on the flexibility of your quads and hip flexors, this sequence is either going to be incredibly hard or a walk in the park.
