With the Yoga 15 system of Intelligent Program Design, you can choose your video for the day by skill, level of ability, time of day, sport or area of pain. Additionally, each video is tagged by anatomy, for example, “calves + hamstrings” or “abs +obliques”. If you would like to follow a pre-set program, you will find those here. And if you have selected the PRO plan, you will receive your chosen videos directly into your inbox each day.
